- Root access to WHM and the terminal.

Procedure
Change the Default Website, Account Removed, Connection Selection, and Account Suspended templates.
- Logging into the server’s WHM will have root-level access.
- Search for Web Template Editor under the Account Functions section.
- It will display 4 tabs where you can upload your HTML page or add HTML source code.

4. Images used in these templates must be placed in /usr/local/cpanel/img-sys/ and linked via /img-sys/ if you have access to this directory.
5. After updating press Save Button.
Add default index HTML page to new account creation
- Log in to the server as the root user or use the terminal option from WHM.
- Copy the HTML and images to `/root/cpanel3-skel/public_html` for the cPanel account that root will own.
- If you have any resellers with the username oudel and want their accounts to have a custom HTML page then paste the index.html file in `/home/oudel/cpanel3-skel/public_html`
- Any new account created on the server will automatically receive your custom HTML page in its public_html directory.
